About Us

Busybodies opened in 1984, establishing an excellent reputation with examining boards and Festivals with pupils gaining outstanding results. In the 1990s, the teaching faculty expanded, we are proud of our highly qualified staff that are industry experts, examiners and professional performers.

Many past students are professional actors, dancers and practitioners and enjoy returning to Busybodies for workshops. The school benefits from an extended visiting faculty of professionals working as examiners, actors on television and stage and in various other disciplines in the arts, enhancing the pupils skills.

Teaching staff have performance experience, outstanding teaching qualifications with internationally recognised exam boards and develop students through structured classes.  Examinations are offered annually in RAD ballet, IDTA tap, modern and jazz and Trinity College London drama, with Busybodies being the only fully registered school in Dereham offering this service.
